Alors🤔, Hôtel bien placé. Vue de la chambre et de la piscine autop. Sauf, qu'il y a de gros travaux d'un complexe hôtelier sur toute la baie😱 Donc, plus de plage et plus d'accès mer !!! Sans compter le bruit des travaux dz 5h am a 11 pm !! Hôtesse d'accueil et sans sourire 🥴. Les massages pieds et body, se font plutôt en souffrance !!! Il a un homme qui lui maîtrise les massages à merveille mais il est seul !!! Manque de personnels qualifiés! Le petit déjeuner reste moyen, les jus de fruits au sirop de sucre et exhausteur de goût 😱. Les draps après 4 jours toujours pas changé ! Côté piscine. Au top!!! Dommage car il y a un potentiel pour faire mieux

只有大廳和外觀還可以，所謂海景房已經沒有海景 前面全部再施工 行前打電話和發郵件訊息都不回復 前台有一個旅行社桌子 可以訂半日或一日遊 價格稍貴 房間沒有什摸設施 有小蟲子 我和女兒都被不知名蟲子咬了 晚上睡不好 全身發癢 我終於相信別人的評論了 景點還是可以的 我們選了hiking 這裡去一次就夠了 不用再去了

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Service war gut und die Lage ist an sich auch gut, nur aktuell eine Baustelle, weil die Küstenlinie vom Hotel weg verschoben wird. Das hat den Vorteil, dass bald ein Strand in der Nähe ist, war es vorher nicht. Aber auch nicht mehr so nah am Wasser. Ich würde aber trotzdem wieder dort übernachten. Das Frühstück war gut! Coole skybar mit Pool

房間設施很棒，能看到海景，不過酒店前面的海灘在建設了，不知道建成後會不會擋住。另外酒店的頂層餐吧真不錯，吹吹海風吃個飯，再點兩杯雞尾酒聊聊天很愜意

Das Hotel ist für ein paar Tage völlig in Ordnung! Ausstattung ist basic. Das einzig, was ein wenig gestört hat, waren einige kleine Kakerlaken im Badezimmer und auf dem Boden sind kleine Viecher rumgelaufen. Das Frühstück war gut und für jeden was dabei. Fitnessraum war klein, aber sehr gut. Die Geräte sind neu und man kann da gut trainieren. Die Aussicht wurde im Herbst 2024 leider von einer großen Baustelle getrübt, die auch entsprechend lärmt.

I Was really looking forward to our stay here. The mature receptionist was quite unpleasant and unwelcoming. Reminded me of Chinese hotels of 20 years ago. The younger staff were much more amicable and friendly. Charged us 200,000d for a lost card key. Very clean and large beds but sadly not worth the extra for the view of the building site in front.

Das Paradise hat eigentlich eine Super-Lage, aber aktuell gibt es direkt davor eine Mega-Baustelle, dazu war das Frühstück Asiatypisch und wirklich schlecht, zu allem Überfluss gab es im 13. Stock auch kein warmes Wasser. Wir waren froh nur 2 Nächte dort zu sein.

We checked in during the Têt holidays, so I presume some staff were on holidays, there was only one person at the reception desk. The room we had was a twin room but they gathered the 2 beds to make a very large bed, but by doing that, it makes the circulation around the bed not convenient at all, and the plugs put in weird spots. And there was not enough plugs in the room. The fridge in the room was making so much noise that I needed to sleep with earplugs. The breakfast was decent. The last day, because there were not enough people in the hotel I presume, we took are breakfast in the café. There was no notice board at the breakfast room entrance, neither any apology. There is a big construction site in front of the hotel, the sea view is a bit wasted. Good location in Cat Ba town though.

Новые комнаты, смарт телевизор с YouTube, бассейн на крыше. Сейчас идёт стройка перед отелем. Два раза просил принести штопор в номер - персонал говорил хорошо, но ничего не сделали.
